• Unlimited access to your secure, personalized Membership Web Page that includes your health goals, educational materials and communications with your coach.
• Hand-selected educational materials provided by your coach based on your specific needs.
• Daily health tips and motivational messages from your coach.
• Access to "members only" community chat rooms where you can communicate with other individuals that have similar interests.

Your Gold Membership will include

 

• All the benefits of Silver membership plus...
  
• Two 30 minute coaching sessions a month to progress you toward your health goals.
• Coaching sessions can happen via telephone and/or instant message online, whichever is more convenient for you and your coach.
• Unlimited interaction with your coach via email and online journalling/activity log in between coaching sessions.
  

£85 a month currently on offer at £57 a month.

Your Platinum Membership will include

 

• All the benefits of Gold Membership plus....
• Weekly 45 minute coaching sessions on the phone to help you achieve your health goals.
• "Emergency" calls to your coach for additional support.

£120 a month currently on offer at £97 a month.
